Welcome to my online office.  I have over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families work through the issues they are facing and developing new skills and solutions so that their lives work better. I have deep respect for the fact that people do not turn to therapy lightly.  I treat every client’s decision to come to me with great awareness that if they if the things they were already doing to cope were working without causing them significant pain, they would not be in my office. Being in my office, I see as a sign of strength and show me that you are open to change.   It is my job to listen to you, the challenges you are facing, and teach the tools I have learned to bring about the improvements and solutions you are looking for.
